The Fund employs a counter-cyclical acquisition strategy, purchasing fully operational, already-built student accommodation assets at reduced prices during high interest rate environments, then holding through economic cycles to benefit from asset appreciation. Inndeavor Property Group's management has consistently delivered rental returns exceeding market averages by at least 20%, with annual vacancy rates below 1%. Income distributions are paid annually after 30 June, with a 2% management fee and a performance carry of 20% (for IRR below 20% p.a.) or 30% (for IRR above 20% p.a.) on realised profits.
