Asset Summary

Six fully operational solar PV special purpose vehicles across South Australia, totalling 22.38 MW AC / 26.23 MW DC of grid-connected generation. The sites generate revenue from electricity and large-scale generation certificate sales, with approximately A$2.5M recorded in the most recent audited year. The investment case combines an operating solar base with a 99.55 MWh four-hour co-located battery build programme, screened at approximately A$30M of capex and a 31% revenue-to-capex ratio, targeting frequency control ancillary services in the National Electricity Market's highest-priced region.

Property Overview

The portfolio comprises six grid-connected special purpose vehicles with a combined 26.23 MW DC of installed solar capacity, including 5.37 MWh of battery storage already installed at one site. Revenue in the most recent audited year was approximately A$2.5M, around 30% of which came from certificate sales. Two sites sit under a contracted retail offtake agreement, with the remaining four on bilateral retail power purchase agreements. The value creation plan is to acquire the operating vehicles, reset the capital stack, and install four-hour co-located battery storage across all six sites — 99.55 MWh of new build at approximately A$300K per MWh. On the underwriting case this lifts run-rate revenue to approximately A$9.4M, a 3.7x step change, by shifting the portfolio from declining solar PPAs to battery-led dispatch into the South Australian FCAS market. Pricing and diligence are in progress. Battery figures are revenue and capex screen outputs rather than valuations, and exclude grid connection, financing, tax, augmentation and degradation. Further detail is available to engaged parties under NDA.

FAQs

Questions about investing in real world assets

Helpful answers covering asset tokenisation, platform access, investment structure, and how RWAC works.

What is RWAC?

RWAC is a platform that allows investors to access tokenised real world assets. Projects such as renewable energy, infrastructure, real estate portfolios, and private credit can be structured into digital tokens, enabling investors to participate in assets that were traditionally difficult to access.

What are real world assets (RWAs)?

Real world assets are physical or financial assets that exist outside of blockchain networks but are represented digitally through tokenisation. Examples include renewable energy projects, infrastructure assets, property portfolios, and private credit investments.

How do I invest on RWAC?

The process is simple. Create an account, complete identity verification (KYC), connect your wallet, review available asset projects, and invest in asset tokens directly through the platform.

Are the assets verified before listing?

Yes. Projects listed on RWAC go through a review process which may include documentation checks, structure verification, and issuer information review before being presented to investors.

How and when are investment returns paid?

Returns depend on the structure of each asset. Some investments provide periodic income distributions such as quarterly payments, while others may generate returns at the end of the investment term.

Do I need crypto experience to invest?

No. While investments may use blockchain infrastructure, the platform is designed to be simple to use. Investors can follow guided steps for onboarding, verification, and investment.
